Female crabs were collected From Eelood spring located in Hormozgan province, southern Iran. In the laboratory, ovary of crabs were removed and prepared for Histological examination. An H-shaped ovary consisting of a pair of long ovarian sacs connected by a narrow bridge tube is located in the cephalothorax on the dorsal side of the stomach. A short oviduct with a seminal receptacle is connected with the posterior end of each ovarian sac, and a genital pore opens on the sternum of the sixth thoracic segment. The ovarian wall consists of a layer of ovarian epithelium that infolds to form a number of oogenetic pouches of various sizes. Each oogenetic pouch contains an egg or a relative large oocyte in its lumen. Germaria containing oogonia, very early previtellogenic oocytes, and somatic interstitial cells are located in the ovarian epithelium near the necks of the oogenetic pouches in the anterior regions of the ovarian sacs and are randomly scattered throughout the ovarian epithelium in the posterior regions of the ovarian sacs. In cross section, the germaria appear to be concentrated into a central germarial cluster in the ovarian sac. Mature eggs are ovulated from the oogenetic pouches into the ovarian lumen, transferred from the ovarian lumen into the oviducts, fertilized there by sperm stored in the seminal receptacles, and then oviposited through the genital pores. The female reproductive system is surrounded wholly and tightly by a thin, cellular, membranous sheath, which has often been mistaken as the ovarian epithelium in some decapod crustaceans.}, keywords = {basic structure,freshwater crab,oogenesis,ovary,sodhiana blanfordi}, title_fa = {ساختار تخمدان و شیوۀ نمو تخمک در خرچنگ آب شیرین Sodhiana iranica}, abstract_fa = {در مطالعة حاضر ساختار تخمدان بالغ و شیوة نمو تخمک در خرچنگ آب شیرین Sodhiana blanfordi بررسی شد. خرچنگ‌های ماده از چشمة ایلود واقع در استان هرمزگان، جنوب ایران، جمع‌آوری شدند. در آزمایشگاه، تخمدان خرچنگ‌ها برداشته و برای بررسی‌های بافت‌شناسی آماده‌ شد. تخمدان H- شکل شامل یک جفت کیسة تخمدانی طویل بود که با پل لوله‌ای نازک به هم متصل شده‌اند، و در سفالوتوراکس روی قسمت پشتی شکم قرار دارد. مجرای کوتاه تخمدانی با یک رسپتاکل سمینال به انتهای پشتی هر لوب تخمدانی متصل شده است، و منفذی تناسلی روی استرنوم ششمین قطعة سینه‌ای باز می‌شود. دیوارة تخمدان شامل لایه‌ای از اپی‌تلیوم تخمدانی است که برای شکل‌دادن شماری از کیسه‌های نمو تخمک در اندازه‌های متفاوت پیچ‌خوردگی می‌یابد. هر کیسة نمو تخمک شامل یک تخم یا یک تخمک نسبتاَ بزرگ در حفرة خود است. ژرماریا که شامل اووگونیا، تخمک‌های قبل از زرده‌گذاری اولیه، و سلول‌های بینابینی پیکری است، در اپی‌تلیوم تخمدانی نزدیک به باریکة کیسه‌های نمو تخمک، در ناحیة جلویی لوب‌های تخمدانی قرار دارد و به طور تصادفی در سرتاسر اپی‌تلیوم تخمدانی در ناحیة پشتی لوب‌های تخمدانی پخش شده است. در برش عرضی، ژرماریا، متمرکز به درون دسته‌های مرکزی ژرماریال در لوب تخمدانی به نظر می‌رسد. تخم‌های بالغ از کیسه‌های نمو تخمک به حفرة تخمدانی تخمک‌گذاری می‌شود و از حفرة تخمدانی به مجرای تخمدانی انتقال داده می‌شود، و آن‌جا با اسپرم‌های ذخیره‌شده در رسپتاکل سمینال لقاح داده می‌شود، سپس از طریق منافذ تناسلی تخم‌ریزی می‌شود. سیستم تولیدمثلی ماده به طور کامل و محکم با غلافی غشایی، سلولی و نازک احاطه شده است، که اغلب با اپی‌تلیوم تخمدانی در بعضی سخت‌پوستان ده‌پا اشتباه گرفته می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {خرچنگ آب شیرین,تخمدان,نمو تخمک,ساختار اصلی,sodhiana blanfordi}, url = {https://jfisheries.ut.ac.ir/article_53874.html}, eprint = {https://jfisheries.ut.ac.ir/article_53874_8bf5d28c6b675c83065312625b593a3a.pdf} }
