Fish (1.29 ±0.08 g) were divided into three groups and fed the diets containing 0, 1% and 1.5% black cumin oil for 50 days. Results showed that growth performance was enhanced in the treatment groups compared to the control group (p < /em> < 0.05). Among different antioxidant indices, higher total antioxidant activity was observed in the treatment group fed fed the diets containing 1.5% black cumin oil (p < /em> < 0.05), but lipid peroxidation product, indicated by MDA, was not altered compared to the control group. Meanwhile, activities of some antioxidant enzymes, including superoxide dismutase and catalase in both treatment groups and glutathione S-transferase in group fed fed the diets containing 1.5% black cumin oil were higher compared to the control group (p < /em> < 0.05). During this experiment, higher protein level was also recorded in the treatment groups (p < /em> < 0.05), but no significant changes were noted in alanine aminotransferase level in comparison with the control group. Feeding with black cumin oil also led to a significant increase in amylase and acid phosphatase activities (p < /em> < 0.05), whereas no significant changes were noted in lipase and protease activities. Therefore, the results show that the administration of black cumin oil, especially at 1.5%, had the potential to improve the growth rate, some antioxidant indices, as well as digestive enzyme activities in electric yellow cichlid.}, keywords = {black cumin oil,electric yellow cichlid,Growth,antioxidant parameter,digestive enzyme activity}, title_fa = {اثر جیره‌های غذایی حاوی روغن سیاه دانه (Nigella sativa) بر عملکرد رشد، شاخص‌های آنتی‌اکسیدان و بیوشیمیایی و فعالیت آنزیم گوارشی در سیچلاید الکتریک زرد (Labidochromis caeruleus)}, abstract_fa = {مطالعه حاضر به منظور بررسی کارایی روغن سیاه دانه (Nigella sativa) خوراکی بر میزان رشد، برخی فراسنجه‌های آنتی‌اکسیدان و بیوشیمیایی و فعالیت آنزیم‌های گوارشی در ماهی سیچلاید الکتریک زرد (Labidochromis caeruleus) انجام شد. ماهی‌ها ( g08/0 ± 29/1) به سه گروه تقسیم شده با ،0، 1 و 5/1 درصد روغن سیاه دانه به مدت 50 روز تغذیه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که عملکرد رشد در گروههای تیمار در مقایسه با گروه کنترل بهبود یافت (05/0 p <). از میان شاخص‌های مختلف آنتی‌اکسیدان، فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدان تام بالاتری در گروه تیمار دریافتکننده 5/1درصد روغن سیاهدانه گزارش گردید (05/0 p <) اما محصول پراکسیداسیون لیپیدی، نشان داده شده با MDA، در قیاس با گروه کنترل تغییر نکرد (05/0 P>). به علاوه، فعالیت برخی آنزیم‌های آنتی‌اکسیدان، شامل سوپراکسید دیسموتاز و کاتالاز در هر دو گروه تیمار و گلوتاتیون  اس-ترانسفراز در گروه تیمار دریافتکننده 5/1درصد روغن سیاهدانه در مقایسه با گروه کنترل بهطور معنیداری بالاتر بود (05/0 p <). در این بررسی، میزان پروتئین بالاتر در هر دو گروه تیمار نیز مشخص گردید (05/0 p <) اما هیچ تغییر معنی داری در میزان آلانین آمینوترانسفراز در مقایسه با گروه کنترل دیده نشد (05/0 P>). تغذیه با روغن سیاه دانه به افزایش فعالیت آمیلاز و اسیدفسفاتاز منجر شد (05/0 p <)، اما هیچ تغییر معنی داری در فعالیت لیپاز و پروتئاز دیده نشد (05/0 P>). بنابراین، نتایج نشان داد که مصرف روغن سیاه دانه، بهخصوص به میزان 5/1 درصد، در بهبود عملکرد رشد، برخی شاخص‌های آنتی‌اکسیدان و همچنین فعالیت آنزیم‌های گوارشی در ماهی سیچلاید الکتریک زرد توانا است.}, keywords_fa = {روغن سیاه دانه,سیچلاید الکتریک زرد,رشد,فراسنجه آنتی اکسیدان,فعالیت آنزیم گوارشی}, url = {https://jfisheries.ut.ac.ir/article_78701.html}, eprint = {https://jfisheries.ut.ac.ir/article_78701_d6666997b52eb9a8f486c7636f493e27.pdf} }
