The common carp (Cyprinus carpio) larvae were fed the experimental diet for a period of 45 days. At the end of the feeding period, larvae were exposed to various environmental stresses challenges containing: high level of ammonia (5 mg/L), high thermal pressure (40Cᵒ), low Acid (pH=2) and high Alkaline (pH=12) conditions. Furthermore, Biochemical parameters were measured after preparing the larval body extract through the routine method. The results showed that growth indices increased significantly in experimental treatments compared to control group (p <0.05). The highest survival rate of larvae was recorded in T3 treatment against environmental stresses (p < 0.05). The highest Na+ and K+ ions in larval body extract was measured in T3 treatment (p <0.05). The highest glucose level was measured in T2 treatment (p <0.05). Cortisol level in T3 treatment was significantly lower than other experimental treatments (p <0.05). The results of this study indicated that the simultaneous use of Bacillus and yeast probiotics in diet of common carp larvae, isolated from the gastrointestinal tract of Beluga, had positive and significant effects on improving the growth parameters, biochemical compounds of body extract, survival rate and resistance against environmental stresses, especially, at the level of 4.5 10 106 CFU/g.}, keywords = {Common carp,Bacillus,Yeast,body extract,ammonia excretion}, title_fa = {تأثیر باکتری‌های جدا شده از روده فیل‌ماهی (Huso huso) انگشت قد برترکیبات بیوشیمیایی عصاره بدن، ترشح نیتروژن متابولیکی و مدت زمان زنده مانی لاروهای کپور معمولی (Cyprinus carpio) در مواجه با استرس‌های محیطی}, abstract_fa = {در یک آزمایش تغذیه‌ای، Bacillus subtilis، Bacillus lichenifirmisو مخمر Saccharomyces cerevisiae جدا شده از روده فیل‌ماهی (Huso huso)، به صورت مخلوط سوسپانسیونی، در سه غلظت CFU/g ۱۰٦×5/۱ و ۱۰٦×۳ و ۱۰٦×۵/۴ با جیره‌های آزمایشی مکمل سازی و توسط لارو ماهی کپور معمولی (Cyprinus carpio) به مدت 45 روز مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. در انتهای دوره غذادهی، لاروها در مواجه با استرس‌های محیطی مختلف شامل: آمونیاک بالا (mg/L 5)، دمای بالا (Cᵒ 40)، پی-اچ پایین (2pH=) و پی-اچ بالا (12pH=) قرار گرفتند. شاخصهای بیوشیمیایی نیز پس از استخراج عصاره بدن لاروها بر اساس روش‌های معمول آزمایشگاهی سنجش شد. نتایج نشان داد که شاخصهای رشد به‌طور معنی‌داری در تیمارهای آزمایشی نسبت به گروه شاهد افزایش یافت (05/0p <). بالاترین مدت زمان زنده مانی لاروها در مقابله با تنش‌های محیطی در تیمار T3 ثبت شد(05/0p <). بالاترین میزان یونهای سدیم و پتاسیم در تیمار T3 اندازه‌گیری شد (05/0p <). بالاترین میزان گلوکز در تیمار T2 اندازه‌گیری شد(05/0p <). میزان کورتیزول در تیمار T3 به شکل معنی داری پایین تر از سایر تیمارهای آزمایشی و گروه شاهد اندازه‌گیری شد (05/0p <). نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که استفاده از مخلوط باسیلوسهای پروبیوتیکی و مخمر جدا شده از دستگاه گوارش فیل‌ماهیان انگشت قد بخصوص در سطح CFU/g 106×5/4 تاثیرات مثبت و معنی داری در ارتقاء شاخص‌های رشد، ترکیبات شیمیایی عصاره بدن و مدت زمان زنده مانی توسط لاروهای کپور معمولی در برابر تنشهای محیطی داشت.}, keywords_fa = {کپور معمولی,باسیلوس,مخمر,عصاره بدن,ترشح آمونیاک}, url = {https://jfisheries.ut.ac.ir/article_79237.html}, eprint = {https://jfisheries.ut.ac.ir/article_79237_913efc98c14d947ee4ad3b585a6d506d.pdf} }
