مقایسه برخی پارامترهای زیستی ماش‌ماهی Leuciscus aspius (Linnaeus, 1758) در بخش جنوب‌غربی حوضه دریای خزر

چکیده

در طی سال‌های 1384 و 1385 به‌منظور بررسی برخی پارامترهای زیستی از جمله رابطه‌های طول- وزن، طول- طول و شاخص‌وضعیت ماش‌ماهی (Leuciscus aspius) در بخش جنوب‌غربی حوضه خزر تعداد 96 قطعه از رودخانه ارس، سواحل آستارا، انزلی و کیاشهر در استان گیلان توسط تورهای ساحلی صید شدند. نمونه‌ها پس از صید به صورت تازه به آزمایشگاه منتقل شدند. در آزمایشگاه طول کل، چنگالی و استاندارد و وزن بدن اندازه‌گیری و ثبت شدند. جهت بررسی رابطه طول-وزن از رابطه 〖W=aTL〗^b همچنین برای پارامترهای رابطه طول- طول از FL=a+bTL و SL=a+bFL استفاده شد. براساس نتایج، مقدار پارامتر b حاصل از رابطه طول–وزن بین 28/3-75/2 همچنین مقدار شاخص‌وضعیت 95/0-85/0 بود. بیشترین و کمترین مقادیر پارامتر b به ترتیب مربوط به جمعیت‌های آستارا و کیاشهر، همچنین بیشترین وکمترین مقدار شاخص وضعیت به ترتیب مربوط به جمعیت‌های آستارا و انزلی بود. الگوی رشد در تمام جمعیت‌های مورد مطالعه به جز کیاشهر آلومتریک مثبت مشاهده شد. مقدار ضریب رگرسیون حاصل از روابط طول-وزن و طول-طول بالاتر از 95/0 برآورد شد.

During 2006-2007 in order to evaluate some biological parameters, including length-weight and length-length relationships, and condition factor of Leuciscus aspius, a total of 96 specimens were captured using seine net from Aras River, Astara, Anzali, Kiashahr coasts of Guilan Province, southern part of the Caspian Sea basin. All fresh samples were transferred to the Lab after anesthesia. In the Lab total, fork and standard lengths and total body weight were measured and recorded. To investigate the length-weight and length-length relationship parameters, 〖W=aTL〗^b and FL=a +bTL and SL=a +bFL were used, respectively. Base on the results, b-value is ranged 2.75 to 3.28 and condition factor 0.85-0.95. Maximus and minimum b parameter in Astara and Kiashahr populations, respectively, also maximum and minimum condition factor were to those to Astara and Anzali populations. Growth pattern was observed positive allometric except Kiashahr population. The regression coefficient values of length-weight and length-length relationships were estimated greather than 0.95.
