ارزیابی کیفی آب تالاب چغاخور با استفاده از شاخص‌های BMWP و ASPT

چکیده

به منظور ارزیابی کیفیت آب تالاب چغاخور، با استفاده از شاخص‌های زیستی BMWP وASPT، تعداد 10 ایستگاه انتخاب و با 3 تکرار در هر ایستگاه، از اردیبهشت تا اسفند 1389، با تناوب 45 روز یک بار به نمونه‌برداری از بزرگ بی‌مهرگان کفزی بستر اقدام شد. پس از شناسایی و شمارش آنها، شاخص‌های BMWP و ASPT محاسبه شدند. نتایج محاسبة میانگین شاخص BMWP در ایستگاه‌های مورد مطالعه همچنین، مراحل مختلف نمونه‌برداری ضمن معنی‌داربودن (05/0>P) و (01/0>P)، کیفیت آب تالاب را در طبقة بد قرار داد. فقط ایستگاه 8 و مرحلة اول نمونه‌برداری از نظر این شاخص در طبقة متوسط قرار گرفت. شاخص ASPT نیز، ضمن نشان‌دادن اختلاف معنی‌دار بین ایستگاه‌ها و مراحل مختلف نمونه‌برداری (05/0>P)، کیفیت آب تالاب را در دو طبقة آلودگی متوسط و شدید قرار داد. شاخص‌های ASPT و BMWP، هم برای ایستگاه‌ها و هم برای مراحل مختلف نمونه‌برداری، دارای هم‌بستگی مثبت در سطح 01/0 بودند و یکدیگر را تأیید کردند.

چکیده [English]

To investigate water qualityin the Choghakhor wetland using BMWP and ASPT methods, ten
stations were selected. Samples were collected every 45 days from April 2010 to March 2011
with 3 replicates at each station. The BMWP and ASPT were calculated after identification and
counting benthic specimens using the BMWP and ASPT score system. The average BMWP
measured in various sites and sampling times indicate that the water qulity of the Choghakhor
wetland is classified as bad condition. However the eighth site and the first stage of sampling
were found to be in the moderate quality class. Analysis of variance indicated a significant
difference between all stations and stages (P < 0.05). The ASPT index takes the water quality
of wetland in two pollution categories: moderate and severe. The ASPT index for different
stations and stages agrees with the BMWP index as they have a positive correlation at the
confidence level of 0.01.
