بررسی میکروسکوپی و ماکروسکوپی رسیدگی جنسی ماهی بیاه (Liza macrolepis) ماده در خور موسی، استان خوزستان

چکیده

در این تحقیق برخی خصوصیات تولید‌مثلی ماهی بیاه (macrolepisLiza) طی دورۀ یک‌ساله به صورت ماهانه از آبان 1388 تا مهر 1389 در منطقۀ خور موسی واقع در استان خوزستان بررسی و 300 قطعه ماهی بیاه ماده صید شد. نتایج نشان داد که تخمدان ماهی بیاه از نوع کیسه‌ای است. در مرحلۀ سوم رسیدگی جنسی، تخمک‌ها گرد بود و قطر آنها بین 8/483 - 5/628 و میانگین 2/0±3/579 میکرون اندازه‌گیری شد. در مرحلۀ چهارم رسیدگی جنسی، تخمک‌ها در چندین گروه مشاهده می‌شدند، قطر آنها بین 5/435 - 7/782 و میانگین 4/0±4/648 میکرون اندازه‌گیری شد. در مرحلۀ پنجم رسیدگی جنسی نیز تخمک‌ها در چندین گروه مشاهده‌شدنی بودند، قطر آنها بین 9/746 - 4/922 و میانگین 7/0±6/864 میکرون اندازه‌گیری شد. مراحل چهارم و پنجم رسیدگی جنسی تخمک‌ها به علت تجمع مقادیر بالای آب شفافیت خاصی دارند. با مطالعۀ میکروسکوپی برش‌های تخمدان ماهی بیاه، اووژنز این گونه در 6 مرحله به دست آمد. تخم‌ریزی در مرحلۀ پنجم رسیدگی جنسی و در ماه‌های فروردین و اردیبهشت مشاهده شد.

In this study the biological characteristics of fish Liza macrolepis was examined over a period of one year from November 2009 to October 2010 in the Musa estuary from Khuozestan province. In this regard, the 300 females’ fish Liza macrolepis were studied. Results showed the type of bag ovary of Liza macrolepis. In stage III oocyte diameter was measured between 483.8 to 628.5 µ with an average 579.3±0.2 µ. In stage IV, several groups of oocyte were visible and the ova diameter was measured between 435.5 to 782.7 µ with an average 648.4±0.4µ. In stage V, the ovules were visible in several groups and the ova diameter was measured between 746.9 to 922.4µ with an average 864.6±0.7µ. At this IV and V stages the ovules are due to accumulation of high levels of water has a certain transparency. The microscopic study of ovarian slices Liza macrolepis, the ovary during various stages of sexual development was studied and oogenesis obtained in 6 steps. Spawning In stage V in the months of April and May were visible.
