مطالعه برخی ویژگی‌های تغذیه‌ای ماهی بلیزم (Barbus lacerta) در رودخانه بی‌بی سیدان سمیرم اصفهان

چکیده

تحقیق حاضر با هدف فراهم‌آوردن اطلاعاتی دربارة ویژگی‌های تغذیه‌ای ماهی بلیزم (Barbus lacerta) در رودخانة بی‌بی‌سیدان سمیرم در استان اصفهان انجام شد. بدین منظور، در فاصلة ماه‌های مرداد 1389 لغایت تیر 1390، تعداد 445 قطعه ماهی با تور پره، تور گوشگیر و پرتابی صید و روی یخ به آزمایشگاه شیلات منتقل شدند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که اختلاف میانگین فاکتور یا ضریب وضعیت (CF) در برخی از ماه‌های نمونه‌برداری معنی‌داری بوده است )05/0(P، اما در نرها اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری در برخی ماه‌ها مشاهده شد )05/0.(P< بنابراین، می‌توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که این ماهی نسبتاً‌ پرخور با رژیم غذایی همه‌چیزخواری، ولی متمایل به گوشت‌خواری (عمدتاً تغذیه از حشرات آبزی) است و طی سال تغذیة مداوم دارد.

چکیده [English]

This study was aimed to investigate some feeding characteristics of Kura barb (Barbus lacerta) from Bibi-Sayydan River of Semirom, Isfahan. For this purpose, during August 2010 to July 2011, some 445 specimens of the Kura barb fish were caught using a seine net and a cast net and transferred to the Fisheries laboratory on ice for further examinations. The results showed that the Condition Factor (CF) for fish sampled during some different months were significant different from each other (P<0.05). The mean relative length of gut (RLG) was 0.967±0.007 for all fish during the year. Also, comparison of this index in different length classes revealed significant differences among them (P<0.05). Comparison of the Vacuity Index (VI) in some months and between the females and males showed significant differences among them (P<0.05). Also, comparison of mean Gastrosomatic Indix (GI) in females and in all fish during the study period showed no significant differences among them (P>0.05), but it was significantly difference in males during this period (P<0.05). In conclusion, this fish could be classified in the relative gluttonous group with an omnivory habit biased towards carnivory (mostly feeding on aquatic insects) and with a continuous feeding strategy throughout the year.
