بهبود عملکرد رشد، آنزیم‌های گوارشی ماهی کپور معمولی (Cyprinus carpio) و کیفیت آب با استفاده از جیره‌های حاوی مخمر ساکارومایسس سرویزیه در سیستم پرورش بیوفلاک

چکیده

در این مطالعه اثرات رژیم غذایی با سطح پایین پروتئین حاوی 0 (شاهد)، 2 (B1)، 4 (B2) و 8 (B3) درصد مخمر ساکارومایسس سرویزیه بر عملکرد رشد و ایمنی ماهی کپور معمولی و همچنین کیفیت آب محیط پرورش به­مدت 56 روز مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تعداد 204 قطعه ماهی با میانگین وزن (0/33±13/14گرم) در 12 مخزن (هر تیمار با 3 تکرار) توزیع شدند. نتایج نشان داد که ۲ درصد مخمر در جیره غذایی (B1) می‌تواند باعث بهبود وزن نهایی (92/0±05/25 گرم) و کاهش ضریب تبدیل غذایی (0/08±1/21) شود (0/05>P). همچنین در تیمار 2 درصد مخمر (B1) فعالیت‌های آنزیم­ های گوارشی آمیلاز، لیپاز و پروتئاز روده در مقایسه با سایر تیمارهای آزمایشی افزایش معنی ­دار آماری داشت (0/05>P). رژیم غذایی حاوی 2 درصد مخمر به‌طور معنی ­داری فعالیت لیزوزیم و ایمونوگلوبولین کل سرم را افزایش داد (به‌ترتیب 0/42±26/47واحد/میلی ­لیتر/ دقیقه و 0/11±16/02میلی­گرم/میلی­لیتر)، درحالی­ که کمپلمان 50 سرم تفاوت آماری معنی ­داری بین تیمارها نداشت (0/05≤P). غلظت آمونیاک کل (TAN) در تیمارهای B1 و B2 بیوفلاکی به ­طور معنی­داری در مقایسه با دیگر تیمارهای آزمایشی کمتر بود (0/05>P). براساس نتایج حاضر، رژیم غذایی حاوی 2 درصد مخمر در تیمار B1 می­تواند فعالیت آنزیم­ های گوارشی، عملکرد رشد و پاسخ­ های ایمنی ماهی کپور معمولی پرورش یافته در محیط بیوفلاک را بهبود بخشد.

In this study, the effects of low protein diet containing 0 (control), 2 (B1), 4 (B2) and 8% (B3) Saccharomyces cerevisiae on growth and immunity performance of common carp and water quality of culture system were evaluated for 56 days. The 204 fish with the mean weight of 13.14±0.33 g were distributed into 12 culture tanks in triplicates. The results showed that 2% of yeast in the diet (B1) can improve the final weight (25.05±0.92 g) (P<0.05) and reduce the food conversion ratio (1.21±0.08). Also, in the treatment of 2% yeast (B1), the activities of digestive enzymes amylase, lipase and protease intestinal had a statistically significant increase compared to other experimental treatments (P<0.05). The diet containing 2% yeast significantly increased the activity of lysozyme and total immunoglobulin in serum (26.47±0.42 u/ml/min and 16.02±0.11 mg/ml, respectively), while serum ACH50 had no statistically significant difference among treatments (P≤0.05). The total ammonia (TAN) concentration was significantly lower in B1 and B2 biofloc treatments compared to other experiments (P<0.05). Based on the present results, the diet containing 2% yeast in treatment B1 can improve the activity of digestive enzymes, growth performance and immune responses of common carp grown in biofloc environment.
