بررسی برخی از خصوصیات ریخت‌سنجی در خرچنگ شناگر آبی Portunus pelagicus (Linnaeus, 1758) در آب‌های خلیج فارس در استان هرمزگان

چکیده

در این مطالعه برخی خصوصیات ریخت‌سنجی خرچنگ شناگر آبی Portunus pelagicus شامل طول و پهنای کاراپاس، طول و پهنای چنگال و پهنای شکم در دو جنسیت نر (151 عدد) و ماده (158 عدد) اندازه‌گیری و شیب رگرسیون بین رشد نسبی این پارامترها بررسی شد. نمونه‌برداری یک‌ساله از فروردین تا اسفند 1391 در سواحل خلیج فارس در بندرعباس با استفاده از تور مشتا انجام شد. آنالیز رشد نسبی بین وزن بدن با طول کاراپاس و نیز وزن بدن با پهنای کاراپاس به ترتیب بیان‌گر بیشتربودن وزن بدن در جنسیت نر به میزان 07/1 و 14/1 برابر وزن بدن ماده بود. خرچنگ‌های ماده به طور معنی‌دار کاراپاسی پهن‌تر از جنسیت نر داشتند که بررسی معادلة رشد نسبی بین این دو پارامتر نشان‌دهندة 1/1 برابربودن پهنای کاراپاس در جنسیت ماده بود. آنالیز شیب رگرسیون بین رشد نسبی طول و پهنای چنگال با وزن کل بدن نیز نشان داد که خرچنگ‌های نر به طور معنی‌دار چنگال بلندتری (44/1 برابر) از جنسیت ماده دارند. آنالیز شیب رگرسیون بین رشد نسبی پهنای شکم و وزن بدن نیز بیان‌گر بیشتربودن پهنای شکم در جنسیت ماده (61/1 برابر) بود. با توجه به تفاوت‌های بین دو جنسیت نر و ماده می‌توان این گونه نتیجه‌گیری کرد که رشد اندام‌هایی که در امر تولیدمثل نقش حیاتی دارند در دو جنسیت با یکدیگر متفاوت است.

چکیده [English]

In this study, some external morphometric characters viz. carapace width (CW) and length (CL), chelar propodus width (CHW) and length (CHL) and abdominal width (AW) and also body weight (BW) of the blue swimming crab, Portunus pelagicus (Linnaeus, 1758), were examined. Relative growth and regression slope compared among these parameters between 151 males and 158 females. Specimens were collected during one year on a monthly basis from the Persian Gulf waters, Bandar Abbas, Iran. Regression analysis between CW-BW and CL-BW demonstrated that males were 1.07 and 1.14 folds heavier than females, respectively. Besides, females have 1.1 folds wider carapace in compare to males, revealed from considering the relative growth equation. Regression between CHL and BW demonstrated that chelars were significantly longer (1.44 folds) in bias to males. Also regression analysis between AW and BW revealed that difference between male and female is significant, with wider abdomen in later (1.61 folds). Considering the significant discrepancy between males and females, it is concluded that differences in these body parts may be related to reproductive adaptation for more efficiency.
