اثر گرسنگی بر الگوی رشد، ترکیبات شیمیایی بدن و لیزوزیم در دو وزن مختلف ماهی شانک زرد باله (Acanthopagrus latus, Houttyn, 1782)

چکیده

مطالعه حاضر، به­منظور بررسی اثر گرسنگی بر شاخصهای رشد، ترکیبات شیمیایی و ایمنی غیر اختصاصی ماهی شانک زرد باله در دو اندازه وزنی مختلف طراحی گردید. در این تحقیق،120 ماهی با میانگین طولی cm 98/0± 05/8 و وزنی g 07/1±46/7 (سایز A) و 120 ماهی با میانگین طولی cm 86/0± 05/11 و وزنی g 07/3±01/18 (سایز B)، هر کدام به دو گروه تغذیه شده و تغذیه نشده و سه تکرار (20 قطعه ماهی در هر تکرار) در مخازن پلاستیکی L 60 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نمونه­برداری از ماهی در10، 20 و 30 روز محرومیت غذایی انجام شد. نتایج به­دست آمده حاکی از کاهش معنی­دار شاخص­های رشد (ضریب رشدویژه، وزن نهایی، افزایش وزن بدن، شاخص کبدی و فاکتور وضعیت) گروه تغذیه نشده در سایز A شده است (05/0>P). در حالی­که تفاوت معنی­داری در این شاخص­ها (به استثنای شاخص کبدی و فاکتور وضعیت) و ترکیب لاشه در سایز B بین گروه تغذیه شده و تغذیه نشده مشاهده نشد (05/0<P). تفاوت معنی­داری در میزان بقاء در بین گروه تغذیه شده و گروه تغذیه نشده در کل دوره آزمایش مشاهده نشد (05/0<P). در حالی­که چربی لاشه در گروه تغذیه نشده به­طور معنی­داری کمتر و پروتئین و رطوبت به­طور معنی­داری بیشتر از گروه تغذیه شده در سایز A بود (05/0>P). افزایش معنی­داری در سطوح لیزوزیم در گروه تغذیه نشده از روز 20 محرومیت غذایی در مقایسه با گروه تغذیه شده هر دو سایز مشاهده شد و اختلاف معنی داری درکلیه شاخص­های رشد، ترکیبات شیمیایی لاشه و سطوح لیزوزیم بین دو سایز مشاهده گردید (05/0>P). نتایج حاضر نشان می­دهد که در سایز A ماهی شانک زرد باله، هم الگوی رشد و هم کیفیت لاشه به­طور معنی­داری در گروه تغذیه نشده در مقایسه با گروه تغذیه شده کاهش یافتند.

The present study investigated effects of starvation on growth, body chemical composition and non-specific immune parameters in yellow fin seabream.  In this study, 120 fish with a mean length of 8.05± 0.98 cm and weight of 7.46± 1.07 g (was referred as size A) and 120 fish with a mean length of 11.05 ± 0.86 cm and weight of 18.01± 3.07 g (was referred size B) were used with each size was comprised of those fed and starved with three replicates (20 fish per replicate) in a 60- L plastic tanks. The specimens were sampled at 10, 20 and 30 days of food deprivation. The results showed that  in starved group of size A, specific growth ratio (SGR), condition factor (CF), final weight, increased weight gain (IWG), hepatic- somatic index (HSI), decreased significantly (P<0.05), whereas no significant difference was detected in those parameters (except for HSI and CF) and proximate composition between starved and fed groups of size B. In size A, crude lipid in the whole body of starved group decreased significantly and crude protein and moisture increased significantly compared to those in the fed group. No significant difference was found in survival of each size between fed and starved groups at any sampling time throughout the experiment. Lysozyme activity increased significantly in the starved group of each size from day 20 onwards. The present results indicated that in size A of yellowfin seabream, both growth performance and carcass quality of the starved group decreased significantly compared to those of the fed group.
